**Requirements**

- 15+ years industry experience managing an enterprise resources such as production network operations, physical or virtual infrastructure, software integration, and security operations centre activities.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

- Take ownership, design and develop all types of marketing visuals, including but not limited to, logos, UI of our websites and mobile app products, featured images, social media banners, posters.

- Work on UX/UI improvement, design schemes. 

- Capture complex concepts and creatively translate them into relatable and clear visual pieces.

- Design engaging presentations that are used by the company as well as media outlets to display the overall aspects of ParallelChain.

- Work closely with the Marketing team to effectively communicate their messages with graphical contents.

- Work closely with frontend engineers to identify and improve interfaces.

- Maintain our expanding library of design assets, ensure it is well-organized and easily accessible to other members of the team as needed.

**Roles & Responsibilities**


- Developer Evangelism: (i) Create and execute strategies to inspire developers to build on ParallelChain; (ii) build close relationships with developers across different geographies, identities, and experience level; and (ii) create regular contents and activities (e.g., articles, graphics, AMAs, tutorials, workshops, hackathons, etc.) to educate on the features and benefits of ParallelChain, in order to attract developers and users for adoption.

- Developer Experience: (i) Be on the frontlines providing hands-on remote developer support; (ii) work with ParallelChain Lab engineers to optimise the developer journey; and (iii) relay community feedback to the engineers and take proactive steps to identify and minimise developer pain-points.

- Develop Communications: (i) Monitor and moderate communication channels, especially Discord and Telegram; (ii) ensure constant engagement with the community, and (iii) provide timely support and assistance to developers and users of ParallelChain.

- Keep track of the projects building with ParallelChain and regularly check-in to ensure that we are providing them with the necessary support.

- Create technical blogs, howtos, videos, training materials on topics related to ParallelChain development.

- Screen incoming grant applications for technical fit on ParallelChain and provide support to applicants as needed.

- Help maintain our open-source documentations.





**Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or an Engineering discipline. 

- 2+ years experience in software engineering, 1+ year work experience in open-source community. 

- Proven experience in developer advocacy/evangelism/education.

- Good written and spoken English communication skills.

- Excellent orator willing to speak in front of an audience (online and offline).

- (Bonus) Experience or deep knowledge about DeFi and web3 projects.

- (Bonus) Experience developing in Solidity, WASM, and/or RUST.
